Dying is an inevitable part of life and there is no way humans will be able to biologically live forever. But great souls like you never die….they become immortal! Your selfless act towards society has taught us how to stay alive even after you are gone. This temple of learning which started its humble journey from a piece of land donated by you has grown leaps and bounds and now stands tall and proud. None of the education for which the school has become known would have happened without you. We owe you a debt of gratitude!
The first phase of construction was completed in 1995 and we gradually began shifting our premise. The first Wing consisted of 18 classrooms measuring 500 sq. feet each. The HongKong Zoroastrians funded the next phase – i.e. the second wing with a basement. Today we house a total of 28 classrooms, 1 library, 2 laboratories, 1 computer laboratory, 1 Audio Visual room, 1 Art Room and 1 P.T. Room.
YZAD EDUCATION TRUST, an institution, registered under the Public Trust Act, devoted to the Educational, Social and Cultural development in Dahanu Taluka, has been in existence since 1991.
From tiny acorns grow mighty OAKS. We at YZAD EDUCATION TRUST believe that “only if you dream, will they come true” Well, SHIRIN DINYAR IRANI LEARNERS ACADEMY is the fruit of one such dream. It all started when a small group of like minded people got together and showed their interest in starting a new English medium school in our growing town. We have been able to establish this institution with the help of funds received from some of our friends, well wishers and parents. We have miles to go to achieve our goal of having an educational institution, which caters to the all round development of the children of Dahanu, from pre-primary to graduate level.
We envisage a Junior College in the offing. A Junior College, seems to be a long awaited development, to which we want to focus our energy on. A constant demand from parents and students alike has led us to pursue this project. With the support and cooperation of all our well wishers, we have been able to achieve their level of success and achievement. We have a lot more to achieve and fulfill in the years to come and we are ready to go all out to extend our resources to get all that will help the young students become hardworking, responsible and productive adults
